**Makale Başlığı:** Kur'an'ın Yegâne Kaynak ve Hakemliği: İlahi Otorite, Peygamberin Rolü ve Şirk Kavramına Kur'ani Bir Bakış

**Özet:** Bu makale, Kur'an-ı Kerim'den seçilmiş anahtar ayetler (İsra 93, En'am 50, Kehf 26, Ankebut 50, Kaf 45, Zuhruf 44, En'am 38, Nahl 89, En'am 114, Nisa 48, Hud 1-2) ışığında, İslam düşüncesindeki ilahi otoritenin mutlaklığı, Kur'an'ın İslam hukukundaki merkezi ve yeterli konumu ile Hz. Peygamber'in rolünün sınırlarını incelemektedir. Ayetlerin sunduğu açık beyanlar aracılığıyla, Kur'an'ın kendini "noksansız" ve "her şeyi etraflıca açıklayan" bir rehber olarak takdim ettiği, Allah'ın hükmüne kimseyi ortak etmediği ve şirki affetmediği vurgulanmaktadır. Makale, bu temel ilkelerin, Müslümanların ibadet ve itaatlerinde yalnızca Allah'a yönelme zorunluluğunu ve Kur'an'ı yegâne hakem kabul etme gerekliliğini ortaya koyduğunu savunmaktadır.

**Anahtar Kelimeler:** Kur'an, İlahi Otorite, Yegâne Kaynak, Peygamberin Rolü, Şirk, Kur'an-Merkezcilik, Hakimiyet.

Peygamber'in (s.a.v.) bu otorite karşısındaki konumu gibi meseleler, zaman zaman tartışma konusu olmuştur.

**2. Allah'ın Mutlak Hükümranlığı ve Şirkten Arınma**

Kur'an-ı Kerim, Allah'ın evren üzerindeki mutlak hükümranlığını (Hakimiyet-i Mutlaka) ve O'nun hükmüne kimseyi ortak etmediğini açıkça ilan eder.

(Hud 1-2).

**3. Kur'an'ın Kapsamlılığı, Yeterliliği ve Tek Hakemliği**

**4. Peygamberin Rolü: Beşer Bir Elçi ve Apaçık Bir Uyarıcı**

Kur'an-ı Kerim, Hz. Peygamber'in (s.a.v.) ilahi otorite karşısındaki konumunu ve rolünü de açıkça tanımlar.

**5. Sonuç ve Tartışma**

Yukarıda incelenen ayetler, Kur'an'ın kendi iç tutarlılığıyla ortaya koyduğu temel bir teolojik ve metodolojik çerçeveyi sunmaktadır. Bu çerçeve, Allah'ın mutlak hükümranlığını (Hakimiyet-i Mutlaka), Kur'an'ın İslam dinindeki tek ve yeterli kaynak olduğunu (Kifayet-i Kur'an) ve Hz. Peygamber'in rolünün ilahi vahyi tebliğ etmek ve onunla amel etmekle sınırlı olduğunu vurgular.

Examines the limits of the role of the Prophet. Through the open declarations presented by the verses, it is emphasized that the Qur'an presented itself as a "deficiency" and "guide that" explains everything ", does not share anyone in the judgment of Allah, and does not forgive the shirk. The article argues that these fundamental principles reveal only the necessity of turning to Allah in the worship and obedience of Muslims and the necessity of accepting the Qur'an as the only referee.

** 1. Entrance**

Islamic thought has been the scene of various interpretations of understanding and implementation of revelation for centuries. The basis of these interpretations is undoubtedly the Holy Quran of the Holy Book of Muslims. However, the competence of the Qur'an as a guide alone, the absoluteness of the divine authority and Hz. Issues such as the position of the Prophet (s.a.v.) against this authority have been the subject of discussion from time to time. This article aims to reveal how the divine revelation defines itself and offers to Muslims by focusing on these fundamental issues through the declarations of the Qur'an itself. In the article, especially the absolute sovereignty of Allah, the comprehensiveness and adequacy of the Qur'an Hz. The verses that emphasize that the duty of the Prophet was limited to being a "five ambassadors" and "obvious stimulus" are taken to the center. These verses reveal how the Qur'an strengthens the principle of not being servants other than Allah and how it rejects all the forms of cirror.

**2. The absolute sovereignty of Allah and the purification of the company **

The Holy Quran clearly declares the absolute sovereignty of Allah over the universe and that he does not share anyone in His judgment. The 26th verse of Surat al -Kahf expresses this situation clearly: "I do not share anyone in my judgment." This expression not only states that it is not only to be the only creative in the creation and functioning of the universe, but also the power of legislative, judgment and guidance belongs only to Allah. This underlines that the divine authority is unlimited and unique.

The rejection or joint of this absolute authority is within the scope of the concept of "shirk", which the Qur'an describes as the greatest sin. The 48th verse of Surat al -Nisa emphasizes the unforgivity of the ugly: "I will never forgive the partnership." The shirk mentioned here is not limited to worshiping idols; It can also be included in the scope of sharing to assign another source to the judgment, laws or will of Allah, and to assign a partner to His authority. For, hoping to medet an authority other than the provisions of Allah, or to see it equal or above the judgment of Allah means to prejudice to His absolute sovereignty.

The first two verses of Surat al -Hud, reveal the purpose of the explanation of these divine provisions: "This is how Allah explains the verses that you will not be serviced to Him!" (Hud 1-2). This clearly shows that the ultimate goal of revelation is to save people from all kinds of addiction and to turn to Allah only and submit to His only authority. In this context, ugly rejection should be understood not only as a principle of belief, but also as a lifestyle and a form of governance.

** 3. The comprehension, adequacy and only arbitration of the Qur'an **

The Qur'an defines itself as a manifestation of the absolute sovereignty of Allah as a complete and complete guide. The 38th verse of Surat al -An'am expresses this situation as follows: "We have not left anything in that book." This expression shows that the Qur'an contains all the basic knowledge that humanity needs about faith, worship, morality and basic life principles. Similarly, verse 89 of Surat al -Nahl emphasizes the explanation of the Qur'an: "We have explained everything in the book." These two verses declare that the Qur'an is not only enough, but also understandable and detailed.

This comprehensiveness and clarity make the Qur'an the only referee and reference for Muslims. The 114th verse of Surat al -An'am gives a definite instruction on this issue: "They should not seek a referee other than the Qur'an." This verse clearly states that the final decision and guidance on belief and life should only be taken from the Qur'an. In other words, no authority other than the word of Allah has the authority of the Qur'an or an equivalent legislative authority. This principle is reinforced by verse 44 of Surat al -Zuhruf, which shows that Muslims will be asked from the Qur'an on the day of accounting: "I will ask you from the Qur'an in the future." This reveals that the Qur'an is not only a guide, but also the basic criterion of the reckoning in the Hereafter.

** 4. The role of the prophet: a five ambassador and a clear stimulus **

The Holy Quran, Hz. He clearly defines the position and role of the Prophet (s.a.v.) against the divine authority. In verse 93 of Surat al -Israel, the Prophet is ordered to say, "I am only a human ambassador." This verse emphasizes that the Prophet is not a divine being, but that it is a human like all people. His duty is to communicate the revelation from Allah to people in a complete way. His personal views or tendencies cannot be considered as part of the revelation.

This situation becomes even more clear in verse 50 of Surat al -An'am: "Tell me that you will only follow the revelation that is reported to you." This verse states that even the Prophet is obliged to obey his personal desire or views, but only to obey the revelation. This shows that the function of the Prophet is not legislative, but that revelation offers a complete communiqué and a model of acting with it.

The 50th verse of Surat al -Ankebut summarizes the basic duty of the Prophet as follows: "You are just a clear stimulus." This means that the prophet's duty is not to force people into religion or to establish provisions on their behalf, but to clearly announce the divine message and warn them about possible consequences. His authority is limited to transmitting the message of Allah; The authority and the authority to make decisions belong to Allah. In this context, the 45th verse of Surat al -Kaf indicates the method and the target audience of the warning: "Only those who are afraid of my threat to the Qur'an." This verse emphasizes that the main vehicle of the warning is the Qur'an, and that the interlocutor is those who are afraid of Allah's threat, that is, whose hearts are open to revelation.

** 5. Result and Discussion **

The verses examined above offer a basic theological and methodological framework that the Qur'an puts in its own internal consistency. This framework is the absolute sovereignty of Allah (the sovereign), the only and sufficient resource in the Islamic religion of the Qur'an (Kifayet-i Qur'an) and Hz. He emphasizes that the role of the Prophet is limited to communicating and acting with him.

These verses are also a warning against the danger of "shirk", which can potentially emerge in Muslim thought and practice. Shirk is not limited to traditional pagan, but can manifest another source of the Qur'anic sovereignty or the competence of the Qur'an. To seek a referee other than the Qur'an, to acquire other partners in the judgment of Allah, or to attribute the powers that exceed the human role of the Prophet, can be considered as an approach to the different forms of the unobtrusive forms that Allah will not forgive in the light of these verses.

Therefore, in the light of these verses, Muslims to make their worship only to Allah, and to return to the Qur'an first and as the only one for guidance and Hz. It is clear that they should see the Prophet as a notification and practitioner of the Qur'an. This means that the principle of monotheism lying in the essence of Islam should be protected not only in worship, but also in thought, judgment and perspective on life.
